Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport (KSJC) v1.0
Also known as just San Jose International Airport, this is Silicon Valley’s main airport located at the heart of downtown San Jose, CA. As an alternative to larger airports such as San Francisco Intl, KSJC has parallel 11,000ft runways and serves many destinations; from local flights to flights to London, Tokyo, Beijing, and formerly Frankfurt and Shanghai. The airport is continuing to expand it’s Terminal B due to a huge pre-pandemic increase in demand from local travelers.
Here the airport has been created from scratch for MSFS and features custom ground textures, buildings, navaids, vehicles, functional custom jetways, and dynamic lighting. This project was created by one person and is over five years in the making. Enjoy!
Installation instructions: Please unzip the file and move the “copilot8-ksjc” folder into your MSFS Community folder.
This project first began on FSX, moved to P3D, and finally ended up on MSFS after multiple years since begining development. This was created by one person with help from only one other person (NickFlightX) for references. As such, many many thanks go out to all of the forum users that helped me along the way, solving many of my problems and allowing this scenery to finally be completed. Please enjoy your flights to this airport! This scenery is 100% freeware. To use the product in a commercial project/enterprise or otherwise charge for the scenery contained within this folder is forbidden.
However; use of, copying, and personal redistribution of this product is totally fine.
