Light Improvement for LFLV Vichy airport.

One gate for A320 sized planes
This package is not made for realism since the original airport has no VASI (for all I know). It is just for people who enjoy flying in this region without having to worry about daytime.
It is still a work in progress so feel free to leave some comments if anything is not how it is supposed to be. This is my first airport so please give me some feedback for future improvements.
