KISZ Blue Ash Airport v0.2
Blue Ash Airport was a small regional airport located north of the city of Cincinatti, Ohio. It opened in 1921 as Grisard Field and was renamed when it was sold to the City of Cincinnati in 1946. Originally slated to become Cincinnati’s major airport, the growing suburb it was located in quickly stopped any plans for expansion and it was to remain alongside Lunken Airport as a general aviation reliever for the much larger KCVG. The airport closed in 2012 due to funding issues, and has since been partially replaced by a park, condos, and office units.
This scenery uses default assets. I have included a CGL Google Earth orthoimage from 2012 for the airport as a seperate file.
