ZMZO – Zorg En Hoop, Paramaribo, Suriname, South America
Paramaribo is the Capital of Suriname situated at the banks of the Atlantic Ocean, a country once colonised by the Dutch, now a sovereign state with 55 airports,
mainly placed in the interior of the contrys wast jungle and rain forrest.
Zorg En Hoop is a very buisy airport managing the traffic of smaller planes and helicopters connecting Paramaribo and the rest of Suriname, and with charter traffic for the Carabian.
And Yes, as the name hints, the airport was founded by a Dutchman in 1952.
