FS2004/FSX SNCASE 5000 / 5003 Baroudeur, Version 3
FS2004/FSX SNCASE 5000 / 5003 Baroudeur, Version 3 with new “what-if” configurations. A French fighter bomber prototype of the early fifties. The SNCASE Baroudeur made its first flight on August 1st 1953. The main particularity of this aircraft was the absence of landing gear, resulting in a significant weight saving and the ability to dispense with concrete runways. The aircraft was taking-off using a separate carriage and had retractable skids for landing. These skids even allow the plane to take-off autonomously from snow or ice-covered strips. Contains all the previous versions and animations (separated carriage for take-off, realistic view on the inside jet-engine, pilot ladder, guns, etc.) + two fictional (“what-if ?”) versions : equipped with a landing gear + a fantasy “Patrouille de France” livery from the sixties.
