FS2000 Hunting Percival Pembroke C Mk52, “Sir Percy”. The Pembroke was manufactured by the Hunting Percival Aircraft Ltd, Luton, England. The first Pembroke flew on November 21 1952. In connection with the acquisition of Hawker Hunter fighter aircraft, Sweden also bought 16 Pembroke’s for transportation duty. In 1962 another two units were bought from the Danish Airforce. Designated Tp83, the Pembroke’s served the Swedish Airforce between 1955 and 1977. “Sir Percy” is on of few Pembroke’s still flying. By Bertil Nilsson. 973K
