FSX Douglas O-43 Package
The O-43 was one of many observation planes designed by Douglas for the USAAC. It entered service in 1934 and carried on until WW2 . It had a parasol wing rather than the gull wing of earlier Douglas designs. This is a native FSX Acceleration project. It has the usual animations and .dds textures. I have included a sound file for a V-12 in line engine by “Lawdog” which is as close as I could find for a Curtiss Conqueror engine. The VC is based on a actual photo and includes working gauges and animated flight controls. The gauges feature emissive back lights for night flying. There is no 2D panel. By Paul Clawson
