This Project has been Halted but the scar can still be seen on Tropical Island Koh Phangan in the South of Thailand. Due to National Park status of surrounding Tan Sadet it is unlikely to be continued in the near future. This Island is world famous for the Monthly Full moon party which will hopefully resume when tourism restarts…
