Kah Sheets Lake Cabin

Kah Sheets Lake Cabin is located Southeast end of Kah Sheets and 22 miles (35 km) by float plane from Petersburg (PAPG) or 24 miles (39 km) by boat and 2.75 mile hike from bay to lake.

Kah Sheets area (“Kah Sheets” is Tlingit Indian term meaning “by the fisheries”) well known for fine salmon and trout habitat. Lake and
stream fishing “right outside the cabin’s door.”

Bring a STOL plane as this landing is quite challenging if coming by landplane. There’s an opening that can be used as landing/takeoff.
I also restored some islands in the lake that were covered by water. They were clearly visible in google maps/bing maps.
