flight_model.cfg changes (A32NX) v1.0

This flight_model.cfg should attempt to change the following:
reduced sensitivity, especially on pitch
makes it harder to cause the banking on final
fixed oscillation on flare (if you come across this issue)
For optimum experience your rolling and pitch axis should have a -50% sensitivity-/+ and a 20% deadzone.

And for those who may be questioning it. This was once a PR for the A32NX. But due to some circumstances, it was best to leave it as a user option

How to Download:
Extract the file and replace the flight_model.cfg in the A32NX folder. Directory is A32NX/SimObjects/AirPlanes/Asobo_A320_NEO. (backup the original or redownload the mod if you want to revert the changes)
