White Sands Space Harbor and Area Scenery Fixes v0.9
World Update II: USA brought nice terrain and texture updates to the White Sands, New Mexico area, however, the photogrametry algorithm seems to have a difficult time with the bright white sand and added lots of large and unrealistic buildings to the White Sands National Park area. Especially around the White Sands Space Harbor (incorrectly named “Holloman Airforce Base Airport, KHOL” in the sim).
This mod simply removes most of the photgrametric buildings that do not actually exist in the area. Please leave a comment if you see any that I missed. It is a really neat area to check out, very peaceful with a rich U.S. Military history.
This is my first public mod and I would love any feedback.
Extract to your Community folder and go fly!
