FS2004 Antonov AN-22 Package
FS2004 Antonov AN-22 Package. The first An-22 flew on 27 February 1965 from the runway at aircraft plant No. 473, Kiev-Svyatoshino. The runway was officially listed as having a length of 1,800 m (5,905.51′) but Pilot Yuriy V. Koorlin was said to have measured it at 1,750 m (5741.47′). The An-22 was publicly revealed to the West at the Paris International Air Show in June 1965. The An-22 was the largest transport aircraft of the time, and set a number of world records. Between November 1965 and January 1975, the Tashkent Aircraft Plant No. 84 delivered 66 An-22’s. Dimitri Samborski’s fine An-22 is designed for FS2002. Unaltered, it has some problems in FS2004.
