3N6 – Old Bridge Airport in Old Bridge, NJ USA

Old Bridge Airport is a small general aviation airport in central New Jersey located 23 nm south of Newark Liberty just shy of New York Class B airpsace. The field is adjacent to Raceway Park, a former NHRA drag racing complex.

This handcrafted version of the airport improves upon the default as follows:
Version 1.0.0

-Extremely large default hangars have been replaced with more accurate hangars.

-The field has been retextured to grass.

-The end of rwy 24 is now elevated from its surroundings as in real life.

-Tree height and type has been adjusted for both ends of the runway as well as throughout the rest of the complex. Approaches along the glide scope should now be more realistic.

-Shrubbery and vegetation around the complex, especially the lake, have been adjusted and are now more accurate.

-Correct windsock location

-Additional parking spaces.

-Correct ground markings.

-Buildings and stands at Raceway Park are imported from Google Maps replacing the default generic buildings.

-Paving in and around Raceway Park, including the drag strip, have been color corrected.

-Airport and it’s surroundings have been populated with objects in an effort to represent what is actually there, such as cars, shipping containers, fences, tall parking complex lights, etc.

-Download the ZIP file and extract the contents to your Community Folder:
