Castlegar CYCG v1.0
Castlegar CYCG is renowned by Canadian pilots for the difficult landing approach. Tucked into a small valley surrounded by towering hills, your choice is to spiral down to the runway or attempt a rapid descent from north or south.
Castlegar by default is a bit of a mess. It requires much more time than I gave it here and really needs a complete rebuild. But I like to fly in the Kootenays and I don’t have the time to start from scratch.
So this enhancement makes some needed corrections and adds lighting. That’s it.
For this add on simply drop the folder into your FS2020 \Community directory. The Community directory will be found in the main folder for Flight Sim.
Currently West Coast Adventures has completed six float plane bases on Vancouver Island one on the mainland at Bella Bella. Look for Masset to follow shortly. We expect all these bases to be available on our coming website as well as through Marketplace. We also hope to build mission sets for popular float planes to complement these new seaplane bases.
