EGLO – Cuckoo Tye Farm Airstrip.
Located in Suffolk near the village of Acton this small private farm airstrip has a grass airstrip, fuel but has no landing lights or taxi lights.
The parking spots are located at the eastern end near the oval hanger.
The FS2020 original airport lacked any of the housing or hanger space, headges, trees or the farmers plane that normally sits at the eastern end of the runway. I have updated this small airfield as a first project and I am currently teaching myself Blender so I can create some of the local churches dotted around the small Suffolk villages as landmarks. Acton and Lavenham have some old churches which are used by local pilots as VFR landmarks.
