Airport was missing, and should probably be missing as it’s been “closed” since 2003.

Added runway, taxiway and apron
Airport clutter (cars, misc)
River and airport elevations corrected

Most of the runway (+50%) is used as a racetrack. Probably even more now that it’s closed.
