Grefrath Niershorst EDLF “Most Beautiful meadow in Germany” v1.0
Proudly i would like to share my work with you. I took the challenge to implement Grefrath Niershorst EDLF airfield, which is located near EDDL or EDLN in Germany, into the simulator and here is the result.
EDLF is my loved Homebase and its a wunderful airfield of course with a great restaurant
I made some screenshots, so you can see how my scenery look compared to reality.
After download, simply copy the two folders into the community folder and start the simulator.

Dear Captain Dave,
I was a member of the Grenzland eV air sports club from 1974 to mid-1990 and obtained my pilot’s license there.
My father was already active there before me and was one of the pioneers of gliding and co-founder of the Niershorst.
So EDLF is my second home, so to speak.
I still visit the airfield regularly with my flying buddies from back then. Today, however, we fly the Cessna 172.
And we also do it together in the MS flight simulator!
We are therefore very happy that you have modeled this beautiful airfield in such loving detail for the MS FS!
However, we would like to point out two small mistakes:
1. runways 07 and 25 are unfortunately reversed. It should actually be the other way round. If you enter 07 in MS FS, you are on the runway facing 250° and vice versa!
2. there are some bushes and trees in the middle of the neighboring glider runway. This hurts the glider pilot a little 😉
