NTAR Rurutu Airport in French Polynesia.

I have fixed :
– the parking pattern to correspond to the reality
– the light near the parking area
– the heightmap to have a minimum of relief
– the ground textures (more dark than the default one)
– adds NDB antenna and a tower

The AI should be work with the taxi path and runway.
And compatible with navigraph data.
