This Addon fix the Smoketown airport scenery for alot of things:

1. the orange tower next to the runway
2. fix the river at the end of runway 28
3. add static planes and cars/trucks
4. add trees where they needed to be
5. fixed the gas station near the airport
6. fixed the hangers near
