Boeing F/A-18E Super Hornet VFA-103 “Jolly Rogers” High Vis v1.0
Presenting the default F/A 18E Super Hornet in the High Visibility Markings of VFA-103 “Jolly Rogers” Squadron. VFA-103 was established in 1952, originally as “The Sluggers” but adopted the iconic “Jolly Rogers” identity after the disestablishment of VF-84 in 1995, including the skull and crossbones logo. Historically, the strike fighter squadron has flown FG-1D Corsair, F9F-6 Cougar, F-8 Crusader, F-4 Phantom II and F-14 Tomcat types before switching to the F/A-18F (the two seat tandem variant of the Super Hornet) in 2004 after the fleetwide retirement of the Tomcat.
This was requested by bilyaswakili75, Kyohei and about 45 others so I hope this lives up to their expectations.
