Cessna 208B ‘Debonair’ Real Virtual Airline Starter Kit v1.0
Welcome to the SmearyGrain real virtual airline: Debonair.
It is suave, it has panache… it was a real airline until 1999…
Debonair was founded in 1996 by Franco Mancassola. Operating mainly from London Luton Airport the real airline offered flights to and from Spain, France, Germany and Italy. It ceased operations in October 1999 due to financial difficulties. Debonair tried to be a more upmarket version of the traditional budget airlines and in 1998 introduced ABC (short for “Affordable Business Class”) on some of its routes.
Trouble is… it is such a cool name for an airline. So it has been brought back to serve as your virtual airline within MSFS.
In this initial starter pack you will find 3 liveries for the Cessna 208B:
1. G-DEBA (Passenger)
For the realists, there is a traditional livery pretty faithful to the real thing (clearly, the plane stock is different now – and I wanted to make it across a broad spectrum of operations). The colours, logo, callsign (DEBONAIR) and ICAO (DEB) are all accurate. The tail number are also accurate to the company – though you can change them if you wish.
2. G-DEBB (Passenger)
The blush livery is based upon a later livery of the real company, although some liberties have been taken.
3. C-DEBC (Cargo/Freight)
I do not know if Debonair had a freight/courier division. Maybe they needed one. This is a more simple design. This is a new company after all… you will no doubt have contracts with the larger parcel/freight specialists to fulfil short/medium hops and clearly ugrent medical equipment needs to be shifted too.
I don’t know what you would want if you owned an airline – I hope the ‘Debonair’ series will give you some more scope for fun and imagination in this sim.

As always, let me know what you think – this is a multi pack so extract the 3 livery folders from the main folder and drag into the Community. They are all v.1.10.7.0 compliant… though clearly we are subject to Asobo’s whims
