Cessna 208B Era Alaska/Ravn Alaska/Hageland Aviation v1.0
Having already made a livery for Bering Air, a local airline around Alaska and the Bering Straits, I was asked to produce a design of Era Alaska; another, now defunct, airline that was made famous by a TV series ‘Flying Wild Alaska’. And so… I present you the Era Alaska Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX.
However, that isnt the whole story of these planes. Although Era was started (essentially) in 1948, it was bought and merged with Frontier/Hugeland in 2008 – with the group being called Era Alaska. Hageland was started in 1981 and… so… I present the Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX in Hageland Aviation Services livery.
Lastly, Era Alaska was bought and became Ravn Alaska… until earlier this year when, due to Covid difficulties, it also ceased operations… although it seems something is on its way back. So, finally, I present the Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX in Ravn Connect colours.
All 3 of these liveries come from images – and the changes in colour scheme real – to those images and tail numbers. There are other liveries that may be associated with this group – Ravn mostly come in white with stripes (for example) – and they all had more than one ‘standard’ logo! However, if you fly wild Alaska this gives you a decent choice that represents a rich history.
I hope you like these liveries. Shout out (again) to zveig17 who requested the Era livery. Hope this gives you everything you wanted plus more. Oh, and I am going to be leaving the 208B alone for a while… I think
As with all my liveries – unzip the folder and drag the contents into your community folder. These will be 3 flies (Asobo_C208B… etc. etc.)
If you want to change the tail number, simply use the tools in game to add your own – these are just defaults, although they are real for the livery – as is the ATC, AI and ICAO.
