Douglas DC-3 – Eastern Air Lines v1.0
Thank you wcs33 for reference material and inspiration!
The N18124 was built in 1937 and was one of the original “pure DC-3s”. She flew her whole commercial life with Eastern Air Lines, showing one of the most beautiful liveries ever flashed in an aircraft.
Since 1952 she is “flying” from the Smithsonian Museum cealing, and eventually is taken to some seasons of flight. It has offered to the Museum by Eastern’s president himself, Edward V. Rickenbacker.
