This folder contains a repaint for the Grumman G44A Widgeon by Flysimware. It shows Grumman G-44A Widgeon c/n 1432 ZK-BPX of Tourist Air Travel, based in Auckland, New Zealand between 1960 and 1964. On the 15th of January 1964 ZK-BPX capsized in freak wind conditions while attempting to land at Port Pegasus, Stewart Island. The pilot, Captain J M Hassett, was uninjured, but attempts to salvage the aircraft led to its being extensively damaged and it did not re-enter service.
