Junkers JU-52 Canadian Airways Limited CF-ARM v1.0.0
Junkers JU-52 Canadian Airways Limited CF-ARM
History:
This livery is based on the rebuilt Junkers JU-52 /1m retrofit located at the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada. This JU-52 was one of the original first six built. In 1931, when the Junkers arrived in Canada, it was the largest aircraft in the country and was nicknamed of the “Flying Boxcar.” It was registered as CF-ARM and flew cargo missions for Canadian Airways Limited.
Issues:
I had to make a couple concessions for this livery. First, the original CF-ARM had only one engine, so I left the paint scheme for the additional two engines. Second, the location of the Canadian Airways Limited logo had to be moved slightly below the window.
Installation:
Unzip and place the JU-52_CF-ARM folder in your Community directory.
Usage:
Leave the Aircraft Customization ATC options blank (Tail Number, Call Sign, and Flight Number) when flying CF-ARM.
Notes:
This is my first published livery for MSFS, and my first time using Blender. It was quite a learning process and took me a lot longer than I thought it would. Please leave me questions or comments. I hope you enjoy it. I am planning to work on the float and ski versions of this livery in the future, time permitting.
Cheers,
Strykai
