To install:
Extract the PTP file to wherever you like (not the Community folder)
Open the PDMG Operations Center and navigate along the top menu to ‘ Aircraft and Liveries / Livery utilities’
Select ‘Install from PTP file’ bottom left and navigate to where you extracted the downloaded file
