I am not a scenarios expert and I have little experience so I apologize for any errors present, but I tried to reconstruct as faithfully as possible for what I could through the Internet, Google Earth and Varis Trades gather such information, images and materials.
Unfortunately many buildings like those of the heliport, have been rebuilt with the available objects on the Flightsimulator 2020SDK and therefore only similar to the truth.

Public information is few and I had to be based on what I saw, and my experience of flight crews on helicopters in military aeronautics dating back to the 1980s.
I inserted the lights that I think are the real ones, but unfortunately I have no chance to verify, so if some pilots or officer will want to get back to my best I will be happy to make all the changes.
