A small TBM 930 Performance Mod by JayDee.
Installation:
Just Unzip the “ZZ JDs……….” folder into your community folder. Done.
Description:
I gave the TBM 930 a lot more Power and adjusted Drag to not change the flightmodell Balance too much.
No changes on fuel consumption, this is very close to the POH already.
I dont have a very deep understanding of the whole SDK, I mainly use general tuning sliders in the configs.
Mod is compatible with SU6, and with every other Mod that doesn´t include an engine.fg or flight_model.cfg.
The TBM 930 now needs a lot less Runway and has more climb power. You now feel, that you ar flying a powerfull turboprop GA aircraft..
I adjusted the numbers to match the POH numbers for maximum takeoof weight.
At the moment my mod has a little too much climb power in the 170 climb speed range, but I couldn´t tune it better at the moment. Otherwise the numbers now matche the POH pretty close.
Since SU7 is bringing again changes to turboprops I will not invest a lot more time untill then.
