Urubamba River Bush Trip v1.0
The Urubamba River or Vilcamayo River is a river in Peru. Upstream it is called Vilcanota River. Within the La Convención Province the naming changes to Urubamba. The Upper Urubamba (Alto Urubamba) valley features a high population and extensive irrigation works. A number of ruins of the Inca Empire lie in the Sacred Valley, including the Incan city of Machu Picchu, Patallaqta, Pikillaqta and Raqch’i.
This bush trip is designed to follow the Urubamba River for low altitude flying in an otherwise impossible region. You will pass over Machu Picchu which needs a scenery upgrade.
I flew this using autopilot without any problems. Also, see the altitude graph screenshot for assistance. Stay as low as you can for a real challenge.
Enjoy!
52min flight time.
