Aldán(Cangas do Morrazo) v1.0
Aldán is the second urban nucleus with the entity of the municipality of Cangas de Morrazo, province of Pontevedra, Galicia (Spain), which merges with the place of Vilariño, of the parish of O Hio, and also defines a territory as a result of the ecclesiastical division in parishes, San Ciprián de Aldán, of the Catholic Church, attached to the Archbishopric of Santiago de Compostela and dedicated to San Cipriano (San Cibrán, in Galician) It is located near the end of the Morrazo peninsula. Framed within the municipality of Cangas, it is located in its northwestern part. It limits the north with the parishes of Beluso and Bueu (San Martiño), belonging to the municipality of Bueu; to the east with the parish of Darbo, to the south with the parish of Hio and to the west with the Aldán estuary. Except for this maritime part in the west, the rest of the parish is surrounded by small mountain formations, highlighting the Sierra de la Magdalena.
