Broad River Bridge, Beaufort SC v1.0
Opened in 2004 to replace the old 2 lanes, Robert Smalls Parway bridge ( a part of it has been kept as a fishing pier along the new bridge), the 9000′ ( 2750m) long Broad River Bridge allows the 30 000 vehicules a day, who use SC170 to cross that wide body of water of the Broad River.
To install, as usual, download and unzip the file on your desktop, or where you want, and drag and drop the “beaufortsc-broadriverbridge” folder in your Community folder, and voila.
I just uploaded 3J1-Ridgeland Airport, that is just a few minutes north oh Beaufort. Take off from there, and come fly above Broad river, down to the ocean, then turn east to follow the shore, and soon you’ll see my Hunting Island Light House ( if you have installed it ). Then come back north west to fly over Beaufort bridges ( I have two more to come very soon), and go land at KARW, my local airport.
I have the marshes without the trees everywhere coming soon too.
Enjoy a flight at sunset, as I wrote earlier, the sun hit strong here, and the colors are so much nicer in the evening.
