Eskom Koeberg NPS – Cape Town, South Africa. v1.0
The Eskom Koeberg Nuclear Power Station is situated 27 km north of Cape Town on the Atlantic coast in South Africa. It is the only Nuclear Power Station in Africa with an installed capacity of 1940 MW (two units). With a very nice view of Cape Town and Table Mountain across Table Bay The power station it is clearly visible to the west on a runway 19 approach to FACT on a clear day.
ORBX did a good job of including the reactor and turbine hall buildings in their excellent Cape Town City Pack and I had some Blender models that I developed trying to gain some Blender skills, so I decided include these additional unique Koeberg building to replace the autogen buildings. They include the access control buildings, admin building, water tower, visitors centre, simulator training building and bulk store (the last two is a bit further away from the station, close to the access gate on the R27 main road)
